Internship Program
Our school's MLIS and MARA graduate students have the option to complete an internship, where they can gain valuable, real-world experience and course credit. Internships are available to students in good academic standing who have completed LIBR 200, LIBR 202, LIBR 203, LIBR 204, and at least 3 elective courses. As interns gain new knowledge, explore career options, and expand their professional connections, they also participate in a two-way exchange of knowledge with their site supervisors and other employees at their host institution. Internship supervisors collaborate with our faculty to provide rich, structured field learning experiences for our students in a variety of professional settings.
