Dale David is the school's LMS administrator and works with students who have learning management system issues.
Stanley Laufer, network administrator, problem solves web conferencing issues.
Randy Cheng provides desktop/laptop support for our virtual distributed students using Collaborate and its desktop sharing capabilities.
