1. QUESTION: I want to print some of the provided readings in an ANGEL course site. SOME of my course's documents DO have a print option (like PDFs). How do you print documents not uploaded as PDFs? They display fine but seem to have no print option. [ANSWER 1]

2. QUESTION: Is there a limit to file size for artifacts? I'm trying to upload a final group project from 204 that is 9.66MB which includes several photos embedded into the Word doc. [ANSWER 2]

3. QUESTION: I'm a Mac user. Even though I have Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat installed on my Mac, the System Check still shows a red X in the plugins column for Acrobat Reader. What do I do? [ANSWER 3]

4. QUESTION: I am almost done uploading all of my artifacts into Angel, but have had some trouble making my Elluminate recording accessible. The first attempt brought me just to the Elluminate recording site, the second time I saved it correctly to my desktop, where it opens perfectly, yet when I try to open it in Angel, the page is unavailable…Is there a certain format archived Elluminate recordings need to be in so that they are accessible in Angel? 5. QUESTION: I'm using Firefox 3. When I view discussion forum postings, sometimes the message or attachment link is cut off at the bottom of the page. Even when using the vertical scroll bar to scroll down, I still cannot access it. Also, when I compose a new posting, the editor only has two or three lines available, which makes it difficult to compose the posting. [ANSWER 5]

7. QUESTION: I am using IE7. When I go to the ANGEL login page, IE7 crashes. This happens frequently or all of the time. What can I do? [ANSWER 7]

8. QUESTION: I am trying to use the Email Publication feature in the ePortfolio and the URL it creates is a dead link to my publication. [ANSWER 8]

9. QUESTION: I'm trying to work in several courses or discussion forums simultaneously using multiple browser tabs or windows. However, when I try to post to a specific discussion forum, my posting actually ends up in a completely different discussion forum. Why? [ANSWER 9]

10. QUESTION: I'm a Firefox 3.0 user. When I post to a discussion forum, other students cannot view my posts in the discussion forum. I use Microsoft Word to compose my messages and then I copy and paste from Microsoft Word into the HTML Editor in ANGEL. What's going on here and what can I do? [ANSWER 10]

11. QUESTION: I'm using Firefox 3.5 to attach artifacts to the institutional matrix. Usually the Attach Artifact window works fine for me. But occasionally when I click on the Attach Artifact button, the window doesn't close as it normally would. I try clicking on the Attach Artifact button several more times but each time I just get an error message that says "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation". [ANSWER 11]

12. QUESTION: I've created a word processing document in OpenOffice, but I cannot upload it to ANGEL, or when I do upload it to ANGEL, other users (including my instructor) cannot download or open the document. [ANSWER 12]
