SJSU SLIS assigns ANGEL accounts to students and faculty. This procedure not only increases protection of SLIS online course materials, but also ensures security of both ANGEL functionality and user personal information.

Fall 2010 semester students should wait until May 10, 2010 to submit this form.

If you submit this form correctly, you will get a confirmation page. There is no need to contact the SLIS office. It takes 7 to 10 business days for us to process your request. See Spring 2010 LIBR 203 Information and Timeline for related details.
