Viewing/Replying to a Thread

 

Viewing Threads
To view a forum thread, users can click on the thread title link:

From there, they will see the Thread Detail interface.

Below this, you will see an hierarchical display of the the added thread and all the posted replies to that thread. The thread highlighted in blue is the original thread and it is displayed beneath the hierarchical display:

To view a posted reply to a thread, click the posted reply link. It will then become highlighted in blue in the hierarchical display and the full posting will be displayed at beneath the thread hierarchy:

Note: Selecting and highlighting an unread thread (signified by bold text)in the thread hiearchy automatically marks a post as read.

Replying to a Thread
To reply to a specific post, select it in the thread hierarchy. At the top right of the message display, click the Reply button:

NOTE: If you reply to a thread and choose to Save it as a draft rather than Submit it for publication, your draft will appear in the hierarchical thread display. To access it, click on it in the hierarchical thread display (denoted by '(draft)' text next to the title). Your draft will then appear below the hierarchical thread display. Click the Modify button to resume editing:
