Appointments may be arranged at SJSU or CSUF offices for times when the Professor is on each campus. Please contact via email for appointment.  The BB discussions will be checked several times a week except during spring break and email is checked regularly. Please ask your questions on the class on the BB Discussion so that I can reply there where everybody can benefit by the question and the reply. Please, let me know if you have to be absent from the class ASAP.  I do check and grade for participation.

Blackboard enrollment will be open on January 25 through the 31st. You must enroll in BB by January 31st. I will send out the permission code on your MySJSU account before class starts. Check there regularly.

This is the first draft of the Web pages for this class. While it is close to the final, it is subject to changes before and during the class.

This is a class with two classroom sessions at SJSU 9:00 - 5:00 on 2/4 and 5/6 in Mod D402.

The discussion, homework assignments, and other communication will be on SLIS Blackboard for the class.

Homework must be submitted electronically via the assignment tab on BB or posted on the discussion board when specified. All students are required to submit all assignments and participate in all discussions in this class.

Complete the New Student Technology Course
This is a mandatory short, self-paced online course on Blackboard that must be completed by all new SLIS students before orientation. The access code for this course will be sent to new students via MySJSU by June 27. If you have questions about this course, e-mail Debbie Faires or Dale David.
