Website planning and project management

Create a plan for building the website for your term project. In addition to an introduction to your web site, please provide the following information:

• Mission statement for your web site
• Identification of your primary audience and any information you have about that audience (e.g., level of computer literacy, technology available, training available)
• List of content (e.g., table of contents) and sources of that content
• Design grid and major templates
• Timeline for implementation
• Work estimate/resource budget
