This site presents a step by step tutoring for creating forms. Included
are good descriptions of why you need to do a particular process and
explanation of how to make the forms work for your Web site. The author
of the site bills himself as a "Professional Web Designer" and he does
seem to know how to build forms!

Earthlink has presented an easy to read, yet informative guide to
enhancing one's searching techniques. From this page you can move to
another page that discusses techniques for searching for on the

I recommend the Cool Websites Web Page on Web Page Building.

It appears to target those who are building school websites, but I found
the descriptions easy to understand (not too dry and brief).
The Color Center allows one to experiment with link colors on top of
background colors with a nice color pallette at the bottom of the page to
make it easy. I haven't yet but it would be interesting to take a look at
the coding it took to accomplish this.
The second interesting section is that on Advanced html it has easy coding
to add a search feature to your site.
