Course Description

Covers the current status of progress toward conceptual unification of the natural and social sciences. Includes the emerging linkages from physics through molecular biology, neuroscience, psychology, anthropology, linguistics, sociology, economics, political science, and philosophy with application to information theory. Provides an encompassing multidisciplinary overview valuable to the library science professional as well as others interested in leading edge research, exploration, and concept formation spanning a wide range of science and the humanities.
