Course Description

This course is designed to provide a framework, a process, consultation with experts, and a final product for the development of a strategic and implementation plan to resolve a specific system wide development need in a library or information organizations.

Course Objectives

1. At the completion of this course, the student should have a better understanding of the framework, the collaborative process, and problem solving for developing outstanding library and information centers.
2. Will have developed a network with professionals and fellow students to ensure continued learning opportunities and communication.
3. Will have developed a process for identifying, analyzing, preparing a plan for action, and implementing a strategy to solve a particular organization Problem.
