Withdrawal

If you decide not to attend and are already enrolled in classes, be sure to drop those classes before you leave. If you do not drop classes, you will receive a grade of "WU" which later turns into a grade of "F."

Withdrawals after the second week of instruction are approved only for serious and compelling reasons. Please read the instructions on the withdrawal petition carefully.  It is best to save the blank document to your computer, then fill it in and save again. Make sure you have the latest Adobe Acrobat reader.

Regular Session and Special Session students should use the GAPE withdrawal form .

IMPORTANT: Save the pdf and send as an attachment along with personal statement and supporting documents to the Student Services Coordinator, Vicki Robison.  SLIS will obtain signatures. You do not obtain signatures. Include your personal statement and supporting documents.
