Stephanie Hall Since December of 2008, Stephanie has served as the director of the Chinook Regional Library in Southwestern Saskatchewan. Prior to that, she was the Chief Librarian of the Powell River Public Library on the coast of British Columbia. She has also served as treasurer of the BCLA, and various provincial committees.
