Joe Matthews As a consultant, Joe assisted numerous libraries and local governments in a wide variety of projects. He has written a number of books and has had a number of articles published. He was selected as the SLIS Outstanding Scholar in 2008.

Joe is married and has two married children, two granddaughters and one grandson. He lives in Carlsbad, CA near San Diego.
