Graduation Application Deadlines
See information about graduation forms. All students must file the candidacy approval form and the application for award of master's degree by posted deadlines. Thesis students must also meet the two thesis deadlines.

The schedule above is a duplicate of the university deadlines information and is only updated after that information is updated.
Reactivation Forms are necessary if you have changed the planned date of your graduation. For example, if you planned to graduate in Spring but received an "Incomplete" in LIBR 289 (Advanced Topics in Library and Information Science) for that semester, you would need to file a Reactivation Form (along with its $10 fee) with your new anticipated graduation date. See Graduation Process item #3.
