- Major/Program objective – Select Archives and Records Administration (MA) from the pulldown menu.
- Degree objective – Select Other Master’s (MBA, MFA, MPA, etc) from the pulldown menu.
- Educational credential objective – Select Not interested in a credential program from the pulldown menu.
Previous Application/Attendance (if applicable)
