Miscellaneous Information
- Work Experience - List all applicable employment, including any military work. Omit summer and part-time work. Enter the Employer, Nature of work, and start through end date (mm/dd/yyyy) of employment.
- Academic References - List three faculty members who know your academic qualifications. Include their First name, Last name, Street, City, U.S. state/territory (select from pulldown list), Zip code, Country (select from pulldown list), International postal code, Position, and Institution.
- Academic Honors - List all your academic honors, including scholarships, awards, and publications.
- Teaching Credential - Select from the pulldown list if you have ever held a valid California teaching credential. If answered yes, then indicate the status of your credentials from the pulldown lists. This includes, General elementary, Standard elementary, General secondary, Standard secondary, Multiple subject, Single subject, Adminstrative services, and Other.
