Derek Christiansen

Lecturer

Derek is the Web Technologist for SLIS. In addition to the day-to-day maintenance of SLIS websites he develops Web 2.0 applications to support the school's distance education capabilities using AJAX, PHP/MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, XHTML, CSS, and XML. Derek is an advocate of the opensource software movement.
