Ellyssa Kroski

Lecturer

Ellyssa Kroski is an Information Consultant, Reference Librarian, writer and speaker in the field. She is an adjunct faculty member at Long Island University's Palmer School of Library Science, as well as Pratt Institute, and San José State University where she teaches LIS students about emerging technologies. Ellyssa is a published author and has written about Web technologies and their applications in libraries for major library publications including Choice, School Library Journal, and ALA's Library Technology Reports. Her book Web 2.0 for Librarians and Information Professionals was published in February 2008. She blogs at iLibrarian (oedb.org/blogs/ilibrarian) and InfoTangle.
