Dr. Yelena Pancheshnikov

Lecturer

Yelena Pancheshnikov holds a Ph.D. in biogeography from the Moscow State University and a Graduate Library Degree (MLS equivalent) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Since 1999 she works as a librarian for the agricultural, biological and environmental sciences at the University of Saskatchewan in Canada. She published and presented at conferences in the areas of collection management and citation studies. She is a recipient of a Highly Commended Award from the Literati Club of Emerald.

Y. Pancheshnikov is member of the Editorial Board of the journal "Collection Building" (Emerald), Review Editor for the Journal of Agricultural and Food Information (Haworth), referee for "Issues in Science and Technology Librarianship" and co-editor of the Newsletter of the Science and Technology Section of ACRL.
