Dr. Scott Walter

Lecturer

Scott Walter is Associate University Librarian for Services and Professor of Library Administration at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research on education and instruction librarianship has been published in a number of journals, conference proceedings, and edited collections. He has presented on information literacy instruction for pre-service teachers, collaboration with classroom faculty and student affairs professionals, outreach to K-12 educators, and continuing education for teaching librarians at national meetings of the American Library Association, the Association of College & Research Libraries, the American Association of School Librarians, and elsewhere.
