Amy Wegener
Lecturer
Amy Wegener manages business, strategic and competitive intelligence research, as well as knowledge management and technology initiatives, in the Business Development department of Paul Hastings LLP. She has had internships at TBWA Chiat Day and the Los Angeles Center for Non-Profit Management.
She earned her BA from Bucknell University in 1991, her MLIS from San José State in 2006, and completed a Certificate in International Business and Trade from UCLA Extension in 2011.
Amy has been active in SLA since 2005, serving as both Publications Chair and Newsletter Editor for the Los Angeles chapter. She received a Meritorious Service Award from SLA in 2007 for her efforts. Amy also serves as an Adult Literacy Tutor at the Los Angeles Public Library.
