Student Services Coordinator
As the SLIS Student Services Coordinator, Vicki Robison tracks graduate applications for the online MLIS and MARA programs. She answers questions regarding admission requirements and the application process for prospective students, and coordinates the assignment of advisors to new students. Vicki is also available to help faculty with holds and grade changes, as well as other general questions. Enrolled students may contact Vicki with questions regarding holds, withdrawal petitions, candidacy forms, substitution forms, and graduation applications. She will also be able to help with name and address changes, transcript questions, transfer credit, and scholarship information. She is available to students by email and by telephone.
In 2001, Vicki began working at SJSU in Undergraduate Enrollment Services. She moved to Graduate Admissions and Program Evaluations in 2008 where she handled all applications for admission and graduation for the College of Applied Sciences and Arts. She joined the SLIS staff in January 2011. Vicki currently teaches history part time at a local community college. View Vicki's screencast.
