Fee Waiver

Fill out this section, if you would like to waive your application fees.

1. Do you want to apply for an application fee waiver? – Select yes or no from the pulldown menu. If you choose no, then you may skip the rest of this section.
2. Total size of your house – Enter the number in the box. Include yourself, your spouse, your registered domestic partner, and any other legal dependents – including children – who are living with you.
3. Number of dependent children living with you – Enter the number in the box.
4. Applicant's (and if married, spouse's) total 2007 income from all sources other than financial aid. – Enter the dollar amount in the box. Include earnings from work and benefits such as TANF, veterans' benefits, etc.).
