Title
Susan has been a public librarian for 6 years, and was immersed in the library field since volunteering at her secondary school library club in grade 8. She loves reading, art and plans on publishing one day. Previously she was a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto at Mississauga and a Research Assistant at Ryerson University. She is an active member of the Ontario Library Association and has won a Student-to-the Canadian Library Association Award, as well as a scholarship at Ryerson University. Her interest in researching youth and film stems from her work as a youth librarian, as well as her passion in photography and filmmaking.
