QUT International Student Business Services will send a letter of offer to the candidate. This will take place approximately 8 weeks after the candidate has submitted his/her application. To accept the offer, the candidate completes the paperwork provided in the letter, returning it to QUT International Student Business Services (contact details will be provided in the letter). The candidate must state that their date of commencement will be 1 August.
-
Once the Faculty has received the Enrollment Form for each candidate the form is sent to QUT Research Students Centre where students' enrollment is entered into QUT Virtual**. The candidate will receive an email advising them that their enrollment has now been processed and finalized. The candidate can commence using their QUT username and password once they have submitted their letter of acceptance and paid their fees (please note this access usually takes at least 24–48 hours to come into effect). Please note the sooner the Faculty receives the completed Enrollment Form the sooner the candidate's enrollment is finalized and access to the QUT systems can be granted.
- Students who have accepted their offer of a place in the PhD program will receive a welcome email from Dr Helen Partridge. This email will remind the students to complete and submit their Enrollment Form and will provide information on the orientation week taking place in August and other important information the candidate may need to commence the PhD program.
