CLBC Louise Jane Moses–Agnes Davis Memorial Scholarship
The California Librarians Black Caucus offers a scholarship to African American MLIS students who are California residents. The amount of the award varies from year to year, depending on available funding. The scholarship honors two CLBC charter members: Louise Moses, a youth librarian at the Los Angeles County Public Library, and Agnes Davis, a children’s librarian at the Los Angeles City Public Library.
