Serra Multicultural Library Scholarship
The Serra Multicultural Library Scholarship is offered to MLIS students by The Serra Library Multilingual Book Fair Committee and LIBROS — the San Diego Chapter of REFORMA. The $1,000 award is to support the recruitment and retention of bilingual and/or bicultural library and information studies students.

Eligibility: Applicants for the scholarship must complete an application form; verify enrollment in a library program; include one letter of recommendation; provide proof of residence or employment in the San Diego/Imperial County area; and create an original essay on how the student intends to use his/her education and skills to better serve diverse communities.
