Sloodle Version 1.0
Tentatively scheduled for August
This was to be version 0.4.1 - but this will be in incremented to 1.0 instead to reflect stability of SLOODLE
- Presenter review
- Make editing more Moodle-like
- Add multi-file upload
- Quiz update
- Download one question at a time
- support for answer shuffling
- Support for question order shuffling
- Support multiple choice and true/false question types (only)
- Usability Evaluation - Review and improve Moodle pages
- Setting up the system and using it for students and teachers is simplified after systematic usability evaluations
- when you configure something there should be some clear concise instructions to return to SL and download the configuration. Instead there is a page of meaningless-to-the tutor data. We should probably still show that for the instructors that will want to know it, but demote it)
- Sets - Implement alternative arrangements
- Includes a redesign of the standard set
- Improve Set menu system (lots of people get lost with it, not a good start)
- Stop using hardcoded textures, replace with textures set from contents (e.g. Intercom)
- Layouts revision. Edmund has already done a lot of work here, he'll need help getting it tested and ensuring it works and usability testing (see his post here)
- Includes a redesign of the standard set
- Plugins and modules framework
- Ulster Tasks
- Due to dependencies that we have limited control over, Freemail will move to the Plug-Ins database
- iBank may also be posted in the plug-ins database
