Joe Matthews publishes article titled "Customer Satisfaction: A New Perspective" in Public Libraries

The article suggests that libraries should calculate a Net Promoters Score when examining data from customer satisfaction surveys. Matthews, a SLIS lecturer, holds an MBA and teaches classes in database management, automated library systems, and others, including sections of the core LIBR 204 course in Information Organizations and Management for SJSU School of Library & Information Science. He also oversees the LIBR 292 Organizational Consulting Project in the SLIS Executive MLIS program.

Ellyssa Kroski publishes article on screencasting titled "That's Infotainment!" in the School Library Journal
