It’s Back!! The SLIS T3 (Time-saving Teaching Tips) Series that debuted in the fall term is scheduled with new sessions this spring.
The Series, developed in response to the recommendations that were made in the 2012 SLIS Faculty Technology Use Survey Report, offers faculty training in key areas. The topics were selected from the suggestions made by the Fall participants, and the sessions will be led by colleagues who have found interesting ways to use existing services and technologies. Plan to join one or more Spring T3 Series sessions.
Sessions are held live in Collaborate.

Recorded Sessions 2012 - Present
Recordings will be available for anyone who is unable to attend the synchronous sessions. The recorded sessions are available in the T3 Archive (use the same login used for the D2L instructor tutorials; contact Dale David for the login or check the .faculty site in D2L).
Evaluation/Attendance Form
On completion of the live or recorded Collaborate session you will be directed to an online evaluation form. Completing that form will ensure that you are given credit for participation in one of the sessions, and your input will be used as we plan for future sessions in the T3 Series.

New SLIS Teaching Requirement
In order to ensure that all SLIS teaching faculty keep up their technology skills and provide our students with the best online experience, all faculty who want to continue to teach for SLIS will be required to attend at least one of the training sessions each semester --either live or via the recording. We will ask participants of both the live and recorded sessions to fill in a feedback form.
