Laura Francabandera is the senior instructional technology coordinator for Credo Reference, a provider of online reference content and information skills solutions, dedicated to helping students and library patrons build the information skills necessary for academic, professional and personal success. Francabandera is an alumna of the San José State University School of Information, earning her Master’s degree in Library and Information Science. She has presented at ALA conferences and Charleston conferences.
