Homeless Outreach in Public Libraries: As I am passionate about public libraries, I thought I would highlight one of the major issues facing most public libraries today — developing effective outreach strategies and services for homeless individuals — in this infographic.

Marshall Langman: I graduated in 2018 from the University of Nevada, Reno with a undergraduate degree in English literature and currently work as a Library Aide for the Washoe County Library System in Reno, NV. I recently finished up my first semester of SJSU’s MLIS program, and am looking forward to the continuing journey ahead.
